Todd May serves as President of Identity Travel. After years of working with some of the country’s finest tour operators, hotel companies and destination marketing organizations, Todd created a new travel company business model for the 21st Century, and continues to lead its evolution. Todd’s achievements have been recognized by a number of travel industry magazines, and he is often called upon to comment on travel and the industry for a variety of publications.

Previously, Todd spent 3 years working for America’s first Deluxe Tour Operator, Tauck World Discovery, which boasts the honor of Tour Operator License Number 1 -issued as the result of a successful win at the U.S. Supreme Court. From Tauck, Todd went to work for a Travel Industry Global Sales and Marketing company where he was Director of Sales, North America. In 1999 Todd started his own company, then called Identity Vacations, and later purchased other companies along the way to grow it into a boutique travel company with an unlisted phone number, and a clientele hand-selected strictly via word-of-mouth. With a growing portfolio, and aided by Mr. May's extensive background in group travel, the company is a purveyor of quality travel experiences.

Additionally, Todd serves part-time as the Area Director for BNI in Broward County, Florida and in that role he teaches a variety of courses on utilizing Word-Of-Mouth Marketing, and is often a featured speaker throughout the region talking to small business owners about how to develop similar word-of-mouth strategies for their company. Todd is also active with community organizations, and is an educator of private school students on trips to Washington, D.C. and St. Augustine among other destinations.

Besides Travel, Todd is an avid student of history and politics, especially Presidential History, and enjoys working in the yard including growing his own pineapples. His last fascinating trip was to Costa Rica, and his dream trips include India and an African Safari.

Jeff Delsol serves as President of Identity Travel, and is responsible for sales and business development, searching for strategic methods to grow the company according to its strategic vision working with a select clientele. Jeff believes in providing clients a personalized and special experience in planning their trips from the initial request to their safe return home.

Previously Jeff spent 12 years as an hotelier in various positions at three top South Florida hotels. He started at the Sonesta Beach Resort Key Biscayne while in college at Johnson & Wales University, quickly becoming assistant front office manager. He then moved into the luxury sector when he joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Miami – arguably then the top luxury hotel in the state. At Mandarin Oriental, Jeff was a conference services manager, successfully handling the hotel’s multi-million dollar conferences. Jeff then moved to Four Seasons Hotel Miami for the long-anticipated opening of this amazing luxury project. Jeff’s career progressed at Four Seasons when he was promoted to sales manager, starting out in group sales and eventually individual sales for both business and leisure travel. He established solid relationships with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of the hotel, was twice nominated for manager of the quarter, and awarded the 2007 Four Seasons President’s Club for his outstanding sales efforts of booking over $4.5 million!

Passionate about people and helping them achieve their goals, Jeff uses his expertise in travel and hospitality to help them achieve their travel goals, whether for business or pleasure. His experiences in working for luxury hotels with an array of international clients/guests, as well as, his own travel experiences, guarantee his clients the best service, consultation, and value.

In addition to traveling, Jeff enjoys music, his family’s delicious Jamaican cuisine, watching movies, and water sports. He is an active member of the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force and the Johnson & Wales University Alumni Association. His last fascinating trip was to Budapest, Hungary. Originally from St. Catherine, Jamaica and has lived in South Florida since 1984. Miggy has been in the travel industry for over 20 years, beginning her career in Fort Lauderdale. She has been with Identity Travel for nearly 20 years when it was previously known as World Travel, Stitely Travel, and Uniglobe Travel. As Global Sales Director, Miggy manages and develops business travel accounts and the South Florida Boat Shows. She is expert at the complex Global Distribution System with which she finds her clients the best flight, hotel, and car rental deals. She is highly respected and depended upon by her clients, who travel all over the world almost 365 days a year.

Miggy has an 18 year old son and resides in Tamarac, Florida. In addition to working diligently at Identity Travel and raising her son, she takes care of her disabled mother. For over 10 years, she has sponsored a Kenyan boy through World Vision who provides aid to countries all over the world. Miggy is the youngest of five children and has a large extended family who reside in South Florida as well. After from spending time with her family, Miggy’s passion is volunteering. She also enjoys cooking.

Her last fascinating trip was to London. Her dream trip is to go to Africa where she plans to assist World Vision in their humanitarian efforts.

Frida Schmidt has been in the travel industry for over 23 years, beginning her career in Miami, Florida where she was born and raised. To date she has been with Identity Travel for 10 years, focusing on luxury leisure travel. Frida specializes in group travel for corporate and leisure clients, including school and church groups. She has a loyal client base, and new clients come to her mainly through referrals.

Frida graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and started her own travel agency in 1986 in Coral Gables, Florida. She has been a resident of Weston, Florida since 1989 along with her husband Carlos, children - Elizabeth, Ingrid, Carlos, and Kyle, and their Boston Terrier, Buddy.

After spending time with her family, Frida’s passion is travel. She also enjoys gardening and listening to music.

Her last fascinating trip was to Morocco. Her dream trips are to Greece, Egypt and on African Safari.

Daniel Tobin is Identity Travel's Travel Award Specialist. Through years of studying and utilizing the travel award programs of the various airlines and their alliances, he has brought his knowledge of navigating the frequent awards maze to Identity. Dan works closely with his clients to book the trips that best work for their needs and preferences.

Dan is a seasoned world traveler who broke into the travel industry in 1996 by booking corporate travel for an international textile company. He has traveled to six out of seven continents, has experienced numerous International airlines, and stayed in accommodations of all levels. Dan uses his first-hand knowledge of travel to best serve his clients.

In addition to travel, Dan loves playing tennis and following the professional tournaments all around the world. Dan also loves politics, cooking, and running marathons. His last fascinating trips were to Hong Kong and Australia. His dream trip is Antarctica.
