Minimum Stay:

Two (2) nights minimum stay required.

Deposit:

Full pre-payment is due by 8/12/2009. Pre-payment of room and tax is non-refundable after 09/01/2009. All payments are procssed by the Hotel.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/01/2009. Room night reductions must also be done by this date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after this date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines of two (2) nights. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done by 09/01/2009. No-shows will be billed total room night and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Limited to one vehicle per room and the charge is $35.00 per night + tax
