Deposit:

Full Payment is due 10/1/2009, and will be processed by the hotel starting on 10/1/2009. Pre-Payment of Room and Tax is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are pre-paying room and tax for another party a credit card authorization form is required by the Hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 10/1/2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after that date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines.Changes that involve room night reductions must be done by 10/1/2009. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.
