Deposit:

One night deposit is due by 09/14/2009 if your stay is 2 nights or longer a 2 nights deposit is accessed. All payments are processed by the Hotel.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/14/2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after that date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done by 09/14/2009. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet- $23.00 per night and $19.00 per night for self parking.

None

Taxes:

11% (5% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
