Comfy rocking chairs grace the resort's sweeping veranda, where guests can lounge by the private beach. The resort also features a poolside cocktail lounge and delicious oceanfront dining at North Ocean Grille. For families, they have Fort Lauderdale’s only Lazy River tubing ride! Guests will also love the convenience of underground valet parking, our Oceanfront Fitness Center and business services for busy corporate travelers. If leisure is your goal, take a dip in our zero entry heated pool or enjoy a cool treat at The Emporium, our old-fashioned ice cream parlor and gift shop. Or just enjoy the sun and sand of our Fort Lauderdale beach front resort. Shuttle serviced is offered to the show.

Minimum Stay:

Three (3) nights minimum stay required.

Deposit:

Three (3) nights deposit ( OR 4 nights deposit if stays are 4 nights or longer) is due by 9/21/2009 and the balance is due upon check-out.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/21/09 for a full refund. Room night reductions must also be done by this date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after this date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done 9/21/2009. No-shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet parking is $17.00 per night and $10 daily plus tax.

None

Taxes:

11% (5% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)

Amenities:

High-speed Internet access, Oceanfront Fitness Center, Zero-Entry Pool, and Lazy River. A Shuttle will be provided by the Hotel at a nominal cost to the Bahia Mar Show Site.
