Minimum Stay:

Three (3) nights minimum stay required.

Deposit:

No Deposit Required. If you are pre-paying Room and Tax for another party, a credit card authorization form is required by the Hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/25/09, to avoid a 1 night penalty room and tax.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done 9/25/2009. No-shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

$18.00 per night + tax self-parking / $20.00 per night + tax valet parking
