Located on South Florida’s largest private beach, the Marriott Harbor Beach has completed the finishing touches on a complete rooms and suites renovation to elevate guests’ seaside experience. From floor to ceiling, from beds to TV, from walls to windows -- nothing has been overlooked. The $25 million enhancement to all 650 rooms and suites means that everything visitors see, hear, taste and touch has been upgraded to heighten their sense of nature and the secluded oceanfront tropical setting. New 32-inch flat screen televisions sit atop polished granite on roomy dressers for a clean, open-space feel. Fabrics of rich textures and colors hit tropical notes of mango, gold, sand and turquoise. Brightening the rooms even more is the pristine white cotton of the luxurious pillow-clad Revive® bedding that is exclusive to Marriott®. Soft curved furniture with accents in natural materials enhances the sense of relaxation, making rooms as warm and comfortable as the resort’s sun-drenched beach. Most rooms feature balconies, and all 35 suites offer balconies with expansive ocean views.

Minimum Stay:

Two nights minimum stay required.

Deposit:

No Deposit Required. If you are pre-paying Room and Tax for another party, a credit card authorization form is required by the Hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/25/09. Room Night Reductions must also be done by this date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done 9/25/2009. No-shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

$21.00 per night + tax self-parking / $25.00 per night + tax valet parking

11% (5% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
