Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 10/01/2009 to avoid a penalty of 1 night room and tax.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involved room night reductions must be done by 10/01/2009. No-Shows will be billed Total Room Nights and Taxes booked per the reservation.
