Minimum Stay:

Three (3) nights minimum stay.

Deposit:

Full Payment is due 9/25/2009. Pre-payment of room and tax is non-refundable after 9/25/2009. All payments are processed by the hotel.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 9/25/2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after that date.

Cancel/No Show:

All changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. Changes that involve room night reductions must be done by 9/25/2009. No-shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet- $16.00 per night and $12.00 per night for self parking.

None

Taxes:

11% (5% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
