Minimum Stay:

Three (3) Nights Minimum Stay required.

Deposit:

Three (3) Nights Deposit is due by 8/31/2009. Balance is due upon Check-Out. Full Prepayment can also be arranged in advance, but MUST be requested with Identity Travel.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 9/4/2009 for a full refund. Room night reductions must also be done by this date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after this date.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the Minimum Stay Guidelines. Changes that involve Room Night Reduction MUST be done by 9/4/2009. No-Shows will be billed Total Room Nights and Taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

$17.00 per night + tax valet parking only
