Hotel is located next to the Convention Center and across the street from two other show sites.The property was completely renovated in 2007. Studios with one queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and coffee maker plus cooking utensils. Well-lit workspace with computer dataport.

Minimum Stay:

Three (3) Nights Minimum Stay Required

Deposit:

No deposit is required at the time of reservation.However a 3 night deposit is due by 10/01/2009.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by 09/30/09 for a full refund. Room night reductions must also be done by this date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or room night reductions after this date.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

11% (5% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
