Deposit:

One night deposit is required. If you are pre-paying room and tax for another party a credit card authorization form is required by the hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

All cancellation must be done through Identity Travel. You may cancel 14 days priort to arrival without a penalty. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be subjected to a one night room and tax penalty . Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guideline. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet Parking-$27 per day.

13% (7% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
