Minimum Stay:

Three (3) nights minimum stay is required.

Deposit:

No deposit required. If you are pre-paying room and tax for another party a credit card authorization form is required by the hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by January 11 2010 to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines. No shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet Parking.$30 per day plus tax.

Taxes:

13% (7% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)

Amenities:

In-room coffee, daily newspaper, and high-speed Internet access.
