Minimum Stay:

Four (4) nights minimum stay is required.

Deposit:

One night deposit is required by January 13th 2010 .If you are pre-paying room and tax for another party a credit card authorization form is required by the hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

All cancellation must be done through Identity Travel. You may cancel by January 13th 2010 without a penalty. Cancellations made after January 13th 2010 will be subjected to a one night room and tax penalty . Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guideline. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet Parking-$27 per day.

Resort Fee:

$11.00 per day plus tax

Taxes:

13% (7% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)

Amenities:

complimentary wireless access via lap top computers, daily New York Times, yoga classes, lounge chairs, umbrella rental on the beach.
