None required, but If you are pre-paying room and tax for another party a credit card authorization form is required by the hotel in advance. Please request the paper work at the time of reservation.

Cancellation:

Cancel with Identity Travel by January 12th 2010 to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guideline. No-Shows will be billed total room nights and taxes booked per the reservation.

Parking:

Valet-Overnight-$30.00. Daily parking-$26.00

13% (7% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
