Deposit:

A deposit equalling 50% of the total room nights booked is required with 14 days of reservation.

Cancellation:

Individaul cancellation must be done in writing by December 01st 2009 for a full refund of the deposit. The entire deposit will be forfeited if the entire reservation cancelled after that date.

Cancel/No Show:

All Changes must be done in writing through Identity Travel and must meet the minimum stay guidelines set forth. No shows will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.

Parking:

Valet Parking-$25 per day.

Taxes:

13% (7% Occupancy, 6% State Tax)
